| Q: What’s in the price? Prices shown on the price list include – fridge, taps, waste kit, handles, top, hotplates with timer and where applicable microwave or combination microwave. | Q: Is the kitchen guaranteed? All Elfin Kitchens are guaranteed for a period of one year from date of delivery, therefore please keep your delivery note and invoice as proof of purchase. When a microwave is supplied complete the guarantee registration form enclosed with the unit. If you experience any difficulties please contact us on 01376 501 333. |

| Q: Is it easy to clean? Yes, just use normal non-abrasive household cleaning products and special stainless steel proprietary cleaners for the top and stainless steel range. We recommend sponge and soapy water finished off with with a few drops of baby oil on a dry cloth. |

| Q: How is my kitchen packaged? Every kitchen supplied is securely packaged in a corrugated cardboard box outer with internal preformed polystyrene protective sections. The 1200 and 1500 kitchen is mounted on 18mm chipboard to help prevent distortion when maneuvering into position. |

| Q: What happens if any of the appliances fail? We only use branded appliances which all come with a manufacturers 1 year guarantee. If for any reason you do experience a problem then just contact the manufacturer direct or Elfin for guidance and help resolving the problem. If you experience problems beyond the years guarantee period we hold a comprehensive range of spares. |

| Q: Does the kitchen come with a tap? Yes all our kitchens have a quality monobloc mixer tap included in the price. |

| Q: How quickly can I take delivery? We hold many models in stock. Following payment we can deliver within 5 working days or quicker if necessary. If we have sold out of the specified unit we can normally deliver on site within 2 weeks. |

| Q: If we require 30 or more units can you deliver on time? Yes, we can deliver up to 70 kitchens direct to site at the appropriate times within 2 weeks of order. |

| Q: I have very restricted access; can the unit be dismantled for ease of movement? Yes, all the units can be easily dismantled into manageable sections and re-assembled near its fixing position, please consult us for instructions. |

| Q: What electrical supply do I need to provide? Every appliance including the hotplate has at least a 1 metre flex and 13amp plug fitted. We strongly advise you to consult your electrician regarding the supply requirements. We do provide first fix instructions with socket outlet locations. The power rating for each is: Hotplates – 3 kW Combination microwave – Max 2.6 kW Microwave – 1 kW Fridge – 150 W |

Q: The hotplates and taps are very close together, is this safe? The design and construction has undergone and passed the European Union safety tests and has been issued with a European DIN specification certificate. A copy will be forwarded on request. |

| Q: Can I see a unit before making my purchase? We do have a number on display in our premises in Witham and should you visit we could even make you a cup of tea and something to eat on our own installed Elfin kitchen. |

| Q: My water supply services come in from a specific side, do I need to modify the kitchen unit? No, the units are handed (left and right), you can specify the side you require the sink. The sink side has a 65mm void between unit and wall allowing plenty of room for both the waste and water supply. |
